Yes you can export your contacts or leads manually.
If you'd like to add your contacts or leads to a newsletter tool, you can export them into a CSV, and then import them in your newsletter tool.
1) Log into your SalesWings account https://go.saleswingsapp.com
2) Open the following link https://go.saleswingsapp.com/prospects
3) Select and copy the entire content on the page
4) Go to https://konklone.io/json/
5) Paste it there
6) Click "Download the entire CSV"
